Our client is a video game development company based in Bordeaux, France. The company was founded in 2002 and has since developed a variety of games for multiple platforms, including PC, consoles, and mobile.
Your team
You will join the project's Online team, made up of 8 people.
Your missions
- You will gather and analyze platform and service metrics to aid in performance tuning, troubleshooting and service availability.
- You will work in partnership with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures.
- You will participate in systems design, platform management and capacity planning.
- You will measure and optimize system performance, with the goal of advancing their capabilities, staying ahead of customer needs and innovating for continuous improvement.
- You will provide operational support and basic engineering for several service applications and user software.
- You will create sustainable systems and services through automation and augmentations.
- You will balance the speed and reliability of feature development with well-defined service level objectives.
- You will participate in a 24/7 support rotation (on-call).

- You have a first successful experience in technical engineering.

- You have a proactive approach to spotting issues, areas for improvement and performance bottlenecks
- You have excellent communication.
- You know containerization and orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes
- You know the source code repository: Git
- You know how to build and deploy automation systems
- You are comfortable scripting on Bash, Powershell
- You know cloud providers: Azure, AWS or GCP
- You have experience working with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Application Insights, Prometheus
- You have experience in CI / CD
Good to have
- You have knowledge of Helm, Terraform, Terragrunt
- You have already used the Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps
- You have knowledge of C#, .Net Core
